If you would like to have your business considered for a presentation at a future CV Angel Network meeting, please submit an Executive Summary to plans@CVAngelNetwork.com.
The summary should include the following information:
Business summary Product/service--present in clear language, avoiding excessive technical information Market opportunity--including market size and growth rate Competitive advantage--why your product/service will succeed, accomplishments to demonstrate proof-of-concept, intellectual property assets Competitors--leading current/future competition, customer value proposition Management--including executive team's experience and track-record of accomplishment Marketing and sales strategy to reach target users Financials--including a brief income statement of sales and net profit for the past two years (if available) and forecast for the next 3-5 years, with key assumptions detailed Funding strategy--include how much money you are seeking now and the use of funds Contact information--name, address, phone numbers, email address Advisors/investors--list advisors and significant investors to date
Summary requirements:
Not longer than 10 pages, including exhibits Word or PDF format only Executive summary must be named "Name of company".doc or "Name of company".PDF
Next Steps:
Your executive business summary will be reviewed by the CV Angel Network screening committee. You will then be informed of a next step, which could include: (1) suggestions for submitting a revised summary, (2) an invitation to meet with the screening committee to present your plans, (3) an invitation to present your plans to a future CV Angel Network meeting or (4) a judgment that your company's business does not meet the investment criteria of CV Angel Network's members.
